I'm Ashley Seelye, a Graduate Clinician at Michigan State University, bringing five years of experience as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in the Mental Health field. My focus on leisure exploration and life balance is fueled by a passion for helping individuals thrive. Beyond my clinical pursuits, I find solace in hiking, baking, reading, and cherishing moments with loved ones, including my dog, Nelson. With a keen interest in women's health and mental health advocacy, I aspire to contribute positively to these areas and drive change through understanding and empathy.
